Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Carefully pack the unused perfume oil in its original velvet pouch and box, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our boutique laboratory for inspection.
